how to change AR and AR_FLAGS?
( i can do CC through CONFIG_SITE environment variable, but AR doesn't work this way)

Well. I found the place in configure script where it is defines CC and others , but... nothing for AR, so i add it. The only question remains is about AR_FLAGS, which i also can add that way, but further code not using it. Why is it so strange?
