You can re-install yum by download from the repo : http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/21/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/y/
and install as root with rpm command :
rpm -ivh yum-3.4.3-153.fc21.noarch.rpm
But how do you remove yum, which is protected ?

I am runing on Fedora 21 and during an update by mistake, I did remove completely YUM from my Fedora.
Despite some research, I cannot find any RPM or other way to reinstall YUM and YUMEX on my computer.
Please help!
Jean Gombart.
