Yes and no, it depends on what exactly do you mean. Yum history is stored
outside of rpm but it basically stores information about performed rpm
transactions (if you perform them through yum).
So yum history will be missing any transactions done with rpm -ivh
<package file name> or rpm -e
Yup, that's why it's called yum history and not rpm history :-)
