Hi Zdenek, To be honest, I did'nt have time to debug this issue. I guess that there is some race condition, on our side, since after implementing "semaphore" problem did not popup. Anyway since we rely that createrepo is atomic operation issue should not be there, but as I told it requires additional investigations.
