There is no such command AFAIK, but you may try:

$ python -c 'import yum; print yum.YumBase().conf.yumvar'
{'releasever': '14', 'basearch': 'i386', 'arch': 'i686', 'uuid': 'b671e6a0-8110-4cfb-9572-34bf358ee788'}
