Hi Folks, Some of you have already noticed that we're going through some changes for yum's website and mailing list. We've been moving all the hosting and mailing lists off of linux.duke.edu's resources and onto a system provided by OSUOSL - Oregon State University Open Source Labs. In order to do this we've had to setup a new domain and list names. I've put aliases and redirects in place for everything but here are the new locations just in case: http://yum.baseurl.org yum mailing list: yum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx yum-devel list: yum-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx yum-commits list: yum-commits@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailing list site: http://lists.baseurl.org/mailman/listinfo/ All the subscriptions were migrated directly from mailman to mailman so none of your settings should have changed. We've also changed the system we're using for the yum web page. It's now Trac (http://trac.edgewall.org) based. This ties our main page, our wiki and our ticketing system all in one place. If you want to file a ticket about yum you can use: http://yum.baseurl.org/newticket/ If you want to help us with docs let us know and one of us can get you access to edit the wiki. We'll be moving the docs at: http://wiki.linux.duke.edu/Yum over to the trac wiki a little bit at a time. We could use some help! I'd like to give special thanks to the staff at osuosl. Especially: Lance Albertson Jeff Sheltren Rudy Grigar They've been extremely helpful in getting this all setup. If you have any questions about the changes we've made don't hesitate to email. As always: Let me know what breaks, -sv _______________________________________________ Yum mailing list Yum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.baseurl.org/mailman/listinfo/yum
