These appliances are built with pxe/kickstart, but are now deployed at
customer sites
behind customer firewalls.

Yes, stop doing manual installs.  Set up pxe/kickstart so that
(re)installing machines is a snap.

I only used that script for testing some specific apps.  I personally
won't use that on a production server.
