In any case that is the result, no matter what normal parameters I supply, or even if I leave blank that would normally show the --help gives the same error.

Can't have blown my fresh f9 install {original /home directory} already could I ?

Happy to create a bug if it's not my fumbling ?

Just remove the yum-skip-broken plugin, '--skip-broken' has be implemented in yum, instead of in a plugin in the current F9 version of yum.
