skip-broken functionality is included in core yum now, no longer a separate
plugin.

ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/development/i386/os/Packages/yum-skip-broken-1.1.13-2.fc9.noarch.rpm
and updated: 24/03/08 14:17:00
although it doesn't seem to be appearing in koji.

It seems that at the moment there should be two packages providing
yum-skip-broken: yum and yum-skip-broken, but only yum-skip-broken is
shown. Is that a bug or intentional ?
And in fact yum is echoed in the response as the provider.
