keepcache=0
debuglevel=2
logfile=/var/log/yum.log

obsoletes=1
gpgcheck=1
plugins=1

# PUT YOUR REPOS HERE OR IN separate files named file.repo
# in /etc/yum.repos.d

download this:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/yum/3.2.7/2.fc7/noarch/yum-3.2.7-2.fc7.noarch.rpm
and this:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/yum/3.2.7/2.fc7/noarch/yum-updatesd-3.2.7-2.fc7.noarch.rpm

then run:

rpm -Uvh yum-3.2.7-2.fc7.noarch.rpm yum-updatesd-3.2.7-2.fc7.noarch.rpm

that should put you back on track.
