Yum used to report when it couldn't find a package, or if it was already
installed.

I have played with the Tolerant, Errorlevel and Debuglevel settings to no
avail.

Is there a way to get the old behaviour back?

I get frustrated when I try to install multiple packages, then have to go
and manually check to see if each one was actually installed, as Yum no
longer advises me.

Complete!

Even without the debug, it still {on f7} tells me that it is installing 2 packages, and details that process.
samba-client was already installed, so it didn't need to do anything.
non-existent didn't exist so it couldn't do anything.

In what version of yum was the missing or already installed situation handled differently ?
