Syncing systems

I have a Red Hat Enterprise 4 primary system that I want to use as a source from which several other systems can be updated from. I only want updates to the other systems that I apply to the primary system. Can someone point me to instructions on how I would configure the primary and secondary systems for this to work using yum?

Thanks,
