[Yum] list policy changes

     Since joining this list I have been getting
~2 spams a week.  The return address is scrambled
and the subject is often semi-plausible. 
(no VIAGRA FREE stuff in the subject line ).
     Since the return address is scrambled, my 
blocking the address does no good.
