well, the best part is that not all fast moving repo's actually hang
onto pkgs for a long time ( they are fast moving right ? ) so if you set
a target higher than a few days, you're effectively loosing access to
that package set from $repo.

in which case, maybe you are better off using a non -devel repo like
rawhide anyway....
