[Yum] Syslog Server for Cisco devices on FC5 platform

I thought maybe the mailing list could use some humor this morning, so
below is the response I got privately for questioning how setting up
syslog relates to yum. I always find it amusing when clueless people
respond with anger when confronted with logic or correction.
