[Yum] forcing uninstalls

Short answer, you don't. There is no 'force' option. You're telling
yum to remove a package. Yum is telling you that there are 44 packages
that depend on what you're trying to remove to function. If you were
to force only the removal of one, the rest may stop working. Yum is
doing exactly what it should.
