[Yum] RPM problems

I've upgraded to FC5, and I keep getting this message using YUM or RPM
commands.

error: rpmdbNextIterator: skipping h#     643 blob size(6172): BAD, 8 +
16 * il(70) + dl(18996)

Is there something I need to clean up in the RPM database?
