[Yum] How to create a proper base URL.

Hey Seth,

I do have the rpm's inside of the ISO's. I have attached the yum.conf that gets dumped. I have tried reading the docs and still not quite sure how to wrap my head around building the baseurl.

if all you have is the output of that file, then now. But if you have all the rpms inside the isos then yes, you can make a repo from a directory of rpms, of course.
