[Yum] How to reinstall with yum?

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

We've started using centos around here, and some "unfortunate incidents"
recently have made us wish for the ability to force a reinstall without
having to go through the pain of a complete wipe and install from
scratch. yum doesn't seem to have an option to do that. If they were
FreeBSD, I'd just check out a fresh copy and "make world", "but it's
not!", so if anyone has suggestions for doing the equivalent, I'd
appreciate it. Thanks!
