[Yum] Update system behind a proxy server

Hello,
 my Linux box is behind a proxy server ( M$ isa server ),
 
 
 
 
[ <mailto:root@fc3> root@fc3]# yum update



This is the message 
( This is a new installation box )

try.

this is no real ,  because the system is now installed ...
