Hi,

i have a problem with a yum update. I hope someone can help me.
i'm using CentOS release 4.1 and i have installed serviceguard cluster software.
here is my problem. when i try to update my system via

yum update

i always get the error message

--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Dependency: pidentd = 3.0.15sg for package: serviceguard
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: pidentd = 3.0.15sg is needed by package serviceguard

i dont know what i can do. my first try was to exclude the packages in the /etc/yum.conf (exclude=*serviceguard* *pidentd*)
but nothing happend.
i never used yum and i hope someone can help me to fulfill my task.

thanks a lot

Thomas
