[Yum] Uninstalling Fedora 4

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Dear all,
I have a dual partitioned machine with Fedora 4 on one side. I wanted to
remove Fedora entirely and dedicate the whole machine for XP
(unfortunately!).
I thought I could do this by booting the machine from XP disc. But doing
this only reinstalls XP on my allocated partition for XP and Fedora is still
there. I have not tried booting from Fedora resource CD's yet. Is that the
way to approach this problem or there are any other solutions..?
Thanks for your help in advance,
 Shiva
