The -C option does not seem to work. Header files are not downloaded when needed (which the man files say it should) and when all the header files are available, none of the RPMs are downloaded. So currently, -C basically means no net access whatsoever. I am trying to use the -C to stop the pogoing that occurs when mirrors are not all up-to-date (one run has one list of files and the next has the older list). -Paul
