Make sure it > is from FC4 distro. > > -- > -jeff I upgraded from the CD which I downloaded from the fedora.org<http://fedora.org>, perhaps it was with my distro, After yum errors, I started to learn that yum is using python and I got curious to find out more about python, and I downloaded the rpm package from rpm.pbone.net <http://rpm.pbone.net>. What I noticed was that somewhere in the file name there was "mdk" which I believe stands for mandrake, but what surprises me is that even right after upgrading to FC4 I had this probelm so it must have been the problem with the distro's python.
