[Yum] yum shell rocks

I finally got around to bringing a few boxes up to FC4 and I have to  
say that I'm really enjoying "yum shell" - very well done. I like how  
the batching works. The sqlite speedups are significant too. Huge  
thanks to everyone who contributed here. Great stuff.
