[Yum] Installing yum 2.3.4 from atrpms-stable causes problems

I'm on FC3.  Any reason why the python-urlgrabber package would be tied to 
FC4 and not available on FC3 if yum-2.3.4 needs it?

I did see discussion that urlgrabber is coming out of yum-2.3 and will be 
a separate package, correct?
