There are no such things - neither "a list" of public yum repositories
nor a "public RHEL4 repository."  There are many lists of public yum
repositories, generally maintained by the distribution.

If you are using a specific RHEL4 rebuild (CentOS, Whitebox, etc.)
they maintain their own lists of repositories.

If you installed RHEL4 and wish to use yum instead of up2date/rhn to
keep your system updated, take a look at previous threads on the
