[Yum] Error: Missing Dependency

Missing Dependency: apel-xemacs >= 10.5 is needed by package wl-xemacs

current version of apel-xemacs is 10.6-5 and from the output below apel-xemacs was obsoleted by xemacs-sumo.noarch

I have no idea where to go or what to do next?
