I am a yum newbie and was upgrading from Fedora FC3 to Fedora FC4 using yum (by following instructions in http://www.brandonhutchinson.com/Upgrading_Red_Hat_Linux_with_yum.html) and I got the following error in Step 3 when I did "yum -y update kernel". From the errors, it seems that they are because of conflict with an existing version of libselinux, so, I even tried removing the libselinux package (by doing yum remove libselinux) but still got the same error. What should I do to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance. - Himanshu ================================== Downloading Packages: Running Transaction Test Finished Transaction Test Transaction Check Error: file /usr/share/man/man8/booleans.8.gz from install of libselinux-1.23.10-2 conflicts with file from package libselinux-1.17.14-1 file /usr/share/man/man8/getenforce.8.gz from install of libselinux-1.23.10-2 conflicts with file from package libselinux-1.17.14-1 file /usr/share/man/man8/getsebool.8.gz from install of libselinux-1.23.10-2 conflicts with file from package libselinux-1.17.14-1 file /usr/share/man/man8/selinux.8.gz from install of libselinux-1.23.10-2 conflicts with file from package libselinux-1.17.14-1 file /usr/share/man/man8/selinuxenabled.8.gz from install of libselinux-1.23.10-2 conflicts with file from package libselinux-1.17.14-1 file /usr/share/man/man8/setenforce.8.gz from install of libselinux-1.23.10-2 conflicts with file from package libselinux-1.17.14-1 file /usr/share/man/man8/setsebool.8.gz from install of libselinux-1.23.10-2 conflicts with file from package libselinux-1.17.14-1
