[Yum] [UG] yum ftp possibly-nat-related weirdness

Well, Wes is seeing it in his home system too, and Augustine on his systems,
which are behind NAT but connected by ethernet. I'll see if increasing the
timeout works for them too. I still haven't ruled out "something subtle is
screwed up with our FTP server".....
