I'm getting reports like "yum doesn't work from my home system", with errors
like:

  $ yum upgrade
  Setting up Upgrade Process
  Setting up repositories
  bulinux-devel             100% |=========================| 1.1 kB    00:00
  ftp://linst.bu.edu/yum/4.5/base/i386/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 4] IOError:
  [Errno ftp error] timed out
  Trying other mirror.
  Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: bulinux-base
  failure: repodata/repomd.xml from bulinux-base: [Errno 256] No more mirrors
  to try.

I had the user try "urlgrabber
ftp://linst.bu.edu/yum/4.5/base/i386/repodata/repomd.xml"; and that works
fine. Any guess what's going on here?
