[Yum] Problem Upgrading from RH 7.3 to 8.0

Keep the rpm transaction sizes as small as possible until you get RH9's rpm
installed.  That means you upgrade the fewest possible number of rpms.  That
will be things like glibc, beecrypt, etc.

But Seth's recommendation is better overall.
