[Yum] yum 2.2.0 vs RHL 9

Did you rebuild the srpm?

If not then the problem is that package is outside of your python path
b/c the package was built for Fedora Core 3.

The other  problem you might have eventually is the age of the libxml2-
python package on rhl9.
