[Yum] Obsoletes line seems to cause an older package to be marked for upgrade

FC3's spamassassin obsoletes perl-Mail-SpamAssassin. spamassassin's
specfile builds this package and installs it, I actually think I have a
working patch to fix this. I'm going to make a post on -devel regarding
the issue in a second.
