[Yum] x86_64 yum and installing packages.

I have seemed to come across a bit of an annoyance when trying to install new 
packages. If I do not specific exactly the arch I want it will attempt to 
install both i386 and x86_64 versions instead of just the x86_64 version. 

I definitely don't have exact arch defined but that shouldn't matter really. 
It should only be installing i386 versions of packages when I ask for them  
specifically or they are a requirement for a package I am installing.
