[Yum] What if I am using RW WS 3.0 and RH-ES-3.0?

WARNING: Stupid newbie question following.
>From my reading Yum seems to be a great, in fact excellent, tool for
updating all the free distos but we have paid for the server and workstation
(RW WS 3.0 and RH-ES-30) from RedHat and when I run yum it resolved 3WS for
the workstation install and I got a 404.

I assume I can point it elsewhere but is there a distro that is the same?
Maybe I have to use up2date?
Am I just lost?
Thanks,
Brian
