No actions to take 'yum upgrade filesystem' doesn't do anything either. The version numbers don't look familiar... are those versions of individual files within the filesystem rpm? In the meantime I did # mkdir /sys # echo "none /sys sysfs defaults 0 0" >> /etc/fstab and rebooted and it seems to be working well...
