[Yum] Problem with Latest Release (2.0.6-1)

As Dan suggested, this is probably not an issue in yum.  It's probably
an issue with python.  Maybe with .pyc files or something.  Tell me
what version(s) of python you have installed, and also do this and see
what happens:  python -c 'import ftplib'

I'm betting that gives you the same error.
