[Yum] Yum check-update does not verify MD5 checksum!!

Deleted all the corrupted files on the local yum-repository and now am
relying on yum-arch -c to find all corrupted packages. Will download
them again and verify with yum-arch -c, but it would have been nice if
Yum check-update had a feature to verify checksum and sigs.
