[Yum] i586 packages on an x86_64 machine

Update: I grabbed JPlot.jar from
http://www.cig.ensmp.fr/~vanderlee/jplot/download/JPlot.jar and ran
"java -jar JPlot.jar" on the Opteron machine with the above j2re
package installed.  It works fine.

So statements to the effect that i586 packages don't run on x86_64
machines are unfounded.
