[Yum] gpgcheck fails but rpm -K passes

excelent. that did the trick. thanks!

all is also good after upgrading to popt-1.7.1-1.8x, rpm-4.1.1-1.8x,
yum-2.0.4-1 and disabling the RPM keys in the root key ring.
