[Yum] problem with file:// url format in yum.conf

I think that I caught myself already,  since the first one didnt work I 
added a new repo [updates] and I think when i initially added the / to the 
file://  in [base] I mistook the second one erroring out as the first..

me tired. Sorry to annoy you over my damn eyesight.
