[Yum] Segmentation fault

Running a memcheck would need memtest86+ kernel? If so what repository 
would have that kernael. I havent tried this yet but i found that it 
seemes only to segfault installing mplayer. I sucessfully updated the 
kernal and resolved dependancies on other installs since.
