You mean remove the config file option downloadonly and leave only the command 
line option "-n"? I thought the config file directive didn't make much sense 
(since we don't have a command line option to override it), but I added it 
for consistency...

Right now, -n also set assumeyes=1, maybe we can remove that line and change 
the confirmation message to something like "Are you sure you only want to 
download packages?"
