Thinking about it further - this could be the default behavior.. Yum could update the packages that have the proper gpg signature (provided it works i.e rpm dependencies) - and give a message: Updated the following packages: foo bar Couldn't update the following: foo1 - gpgcheck failed foo2 - gpgcheck failed bar1 - depends on foo1 etc. Curent yum does all or nothing..
