Probably because it's the old "Fedora Linux" repository with add-on
packages for RH9.  Recall that "Fedora Linux" is different from the
"Fedora Core" linux distro that is what I think you mean when you said
"fedora."

Fedora Project
Fedora Extras
Fedora Legacy
Redhat Linux 9
