[Yum] Upgrade Redhat 8.0 to 9 with Yum?

Did you also just point it to a RH 9 repository or is it necessary 
To upgrade some packages manually first? I have heard that a package
Cald redhat-release should be upgraded manually first, maybe even 
more?
