It's nearly 3 yrs old!!!! These people need to upgrade, a lot. Get them to 7.0, then explain 7.1 is just a hop away and since they are already on 7.1, why not 7.2 and well, pish-posh, 7.2 is SOOO close to 7.3 why not that?
