[Yum] new daily release for phoebe-ish systems

 New fun - go to:
http://www.dulug.duke.edu/yum/download/2.0/daily/yum-phoebe-1.8-20030307.1.noarch.rpm

grab it or go get the src.rpm and rebuild it
or get the tar.gz and build your own rpm.

no matter what, get it, use it, let me know how broken it is.
