[Yum] yum 0.9.2 released

Hi Seth,
I noticed that the Requires for the rpm has changed so that it now requires
rpm-python >=4.0.4 and rpm >= 4.0.4
I'm going to have to change that back down to 4.0.2, but I was wondering if 
there are features that won't work correctly.
